Confidence Coaching for Young Professionals
Because sometimes they need someone who isn’t you.
You’ve given them everything—your wisdom, your network, your late-night pep talks.
You know they’re capable.
But they’re stuck.
And you're caught in that painful in-between: wanting to help… but not wanting to push too hard.
This is where I come in.
I work with young men and women (usually between 24 and 32) who are smart, kind, and full of potential—yet unsure how to launch.
They’re not lazy. They’re overwhelmed.
They’re trying. But trying alone isn’t working.

Who I Work With
These are young adults who:
-
Have graduated, maybe even had a job or two, but still feel directionless
-
Want more out of their careers—but aren’t sure what that looks like
-
Struggle with confidence, consistency, or decision-making
-
Aren’t asking for help—but could thrive with the right kind
They’re not failing. They’re just stuck in neutral.
I help them shift into drive.
What I Do
I become their career coach, confidence builder, and accountability partner—so you can just be Mom or Dad again.
Together, we:
-
Create structure, momentum, and clarity
-
Build professional confidence that sticks
-
Navigate resumes, job searches, interviews, and networking
-
Challenge limiting beliefs (without crushing them)
-
Celebrate progress, even when it’s slow
This is not therapy. It’s not a shortcut.
It’s hands-on, real-world coaching for real-life growth.
❤️ What Parents Say
“He started showing up differently. More focused. More hopeful. He was finally taking action—and letting me cheer him on instead of nag him.”
"She stopped doubting every move and started owning her choices. I finally got to step back—and watch her become the version of herself I always saw."
Ready to Get Started?
Let’s talk about whether this is the right step for your young professional. They don’t need a fixer.
They just need someone who sees what they’re capable of—and won’t let them settle.
✨ Why It Works
Because I get it.
I’m an ACC-certified coach with the International Coaching Federation, a former talent acquisition leader with 25+ years of experience, and—maybe most importantly—a boy mom who knows that confidence doesn’t come all at once.
I know what employers look for. I know how the hiring process really works.
But more than that, I see who they are underneath the stuckness.
I ask the questions that make them think differently.
I help them believe in themselves—without needing you to do it all for them.
